DAY 2

Sunday we begin our week by attending the Abba House girls Thai church. Luckily Pastor Schaun is preaching! The girls make up most of the church and it was amazing to hear everyone sing and worship in Thai.

After wards they made lunch for everyone and Paul was helping out in the back doing dishes. We caught Se (new life annex guy, lower left) in action doing the dishes.

We took it easy and recovered from jet lag (a long nap!) and ended up going to the Sunday Walking Market in Chiang Mai. It happens to be a couple miles long with tent shops set up and people everywhere. Our bargaining skills became useful... unfortunately Paul and I are not talented in this area and ended up paying more than we could have... oh well. Here is a picture of a Buddhist temple and a view of one of the streets on the walking market full of people.
Paul painting on a night market performer. He painted "WFC" on his arm. We made our mark!!
